I have a tibia stress fracture in my left leg. I ...

I have a tibia stress fracture in my left leg. I've been recovering for nearly 6 weeks, and it's starting to feel much better, however, I can still feel a lump/knot in there. Does that mean it's not healing?

Based on my medical knowledge, you have calcium building up around the fracture. It should be fine as long as the bump doesn't catch on anything.
