im experiencing the same thing. finding hypnotherapy cds great. its not for every one and you have to find the right one for you but can down load them easily.

st johns wort is good (though read up on it first). ginsing.

try to get out and about as much as possibble, try new things sometimes i randomly write in my diary things i have never done before to experience different things (could be visit a local attraction, go to a night club, date an ape... anything), if i dont like it i dont do it again unless its worth persevering with, and give something els ago. I think the more adventurous the better anything that interacts with new people, dress up go out stand umungst the masses. just think if your not going to die then give it ago whats the worst that can happen.

At 23 you are feeling this way? God I hate to think of what you are going to feel in 20 or 30 years. You'd better get your head together now lady, cuz it doesn't get better with age, only worse. You are in the prime of your life right now, enjoy it for all it's worth, because you don't get a second chance at it.

You have youth and health on your side and the world is your oyster, if you blow it, you have no one to blame but yourself.
