i agree w/the answer above but would add to it by saying, ''you must not only believe unconditionally, but also you must ''know'' and believe that you are divinely protected, everyday and in every way, all of the time and that nothing (no thing )and no one can harm you...........hope this helps

i just re read the question............'' how do i fight''..............this is the rest of my answer..........you do not fight, you allow spirit to flow in around and thru you..........this is the only thing that you do.........''allow''............knowing that you are protected

you can protect yourself from Astral Projesctions, although everyone astrally projects every night not many are aware of this occurance.
