Answer 3 out of 3

A:

Rav Yitzchak Kadduri said: "It is an immense privilege to buy this sacred book which will enlighten the eyes of all Israel. And even if it rests in the house, it will be to that house as a protection for a good and happy life."

Rav Tzvi Elimelech said: "It is a well established fact that even if one does not understand anything, the words of the Zohar will still purify his soul."

Rav Chayim David Yosef Azulai said:  "The Study of the Zohar is loftier than any other study... and even if one reads it incorrectly, it still is an immense correction to the soul."

The following is from Pele Yoets:

The study of the Zohar is magnificent for purifying and for sanctifying the spirit, even if one does not understand what he is reading, and even if one makes many reading mistakes, nevertheless it is important to the Holy Blessed One.

This is similar to the case of a small child who does not know how to speak, and only says half words in a funny manner. His father and his mother will still laugh and be rejoiced with the sounds that he makes. Similarly, He sits in the Heavens, and is happy that an Israelite has this love for the Torah and wants to learn, yet his intelligence is not enough or because he has no one to teach him, yet still he studies with what is available to him.

...concerning the Tehillim (Psalms) and the Holy Zohar, even if one does not understand anything at all, it is still important and acceptable and pleasing before Hashem. One who understands zthe Zohar and knows how to explain it’s simple issues, will find many interesting and sweet matters that draw the heart of man back to his Father in the Heavens.

Consequently it is advisable that each person should possess the books of the Holy Zohar, and should not miss reading the relevant portion of each and every week.
