Best way to keep spices fresh in a humid/moist environment. My spices are always clumping and sticking together even when kept sealed in jars they are packaged in. Live in Hawaii

I am guessing here.
Get a package of silica gel and toss it into a cheap spice. Open the spice every couple of days. If the spice is still good in a month, then this would be your answer.
