Is there a specifically Gaelic (Irish) version of the poem, "In Flanders Fields"?

" Now Patrick, Brigid, Columbkille rejoice that in the veins of warriors still flows the blood of Gaels"  is one line that I memorized as a child along with the rest of the poem, "In Flanders Fields."  Is anyone familiar with htis, and if so, who was the poet? I know that I learned it as a part of the poem "In Flanders Fields"...but it has been a "few years..."  Thanks.  Finbarre
