A:

REAL traditional Chinese soy sauce is the healthy one, with lots of antioxidants and vitamin C.   The soy sauces usually found in local markets are not the same, contain cancer causing additives, and are also very high in sodium.   In any case, soy sauce is used basically as a condiment or a flavoring to jazz up the taste of food so using a small amount for a particular recipe once in a while should not hurt.
