too many variables.  your question isn't specific enough.  the strings passing by the pick up coils create current which you then feed to your amplifier.  plug a test meter into the guitar, strum the strings and see what the meter registers, probably in milliamps at best, then you don't have to guess.  not all electric guitars are created equal.  mine has a dual humbucker pick-up.  one friend has three single pick-ups.  another has battery powered programmable tone controls, another has condenser pick ups  using a test meter (they're like $4 on sale) will tell you exactly what your guitar produces as output
