What's happened to my thumb? I've had a sore wrist recently from typing on the keyboard all day long, so I bought tubigrip wrist support to try and help the healing process.
I ended up going to bed with it on and although it woke me in the night (presumably because of circulation) I adjusted it and went back to sleep. Now I haven't worn it all day and it's almost time for bed again and my thumb has felt like it has a mild case of pins and needles all day long.
Needless to say I won't be wearing it to bed again, but what could have happened to my thumb and why hasn't the feeling gone all day?
