Why do somes guys have to lie alot? Every single ...

I know you're looking for a guys perspective, but I can tell you that men don't like confrontation. So to avoid that, they lie. They don't want to hurt our feelings or get in an arguement. To them,sometimes it's just easier to lie than deal with the consequeces of telling the truth.

Some guys just lie, sometimes they lie so they can go out have fun and not be called all night being asked what they are doing, alot of times they don't get caught when telling a lie, but after awhile you will catch them because the lies are hard to keep up with. I know you said you tell them not to lie, but it does happen whether they said at first they won't. You do however need to put trust in a man cause if you feel they are going to lie there will never be trust and without trust there is nothing to work with. There are alot of reasons why people in general lie, sometimes it is because they don't want to hurt your feelings and I know we all want the truth but that would be in a perfect world. Not a man's answer here, just trying to help though.

A lot of people lie (I'll say people because most everyone does it at one time or another) because they are scared of the other persons reaction.\ 

It comes down to the lesser of two evils in some peoples mind, and lying to save face, without consequence is often times the winner. Does that mean it is right or correct? No. 

People may lie to try and play the system of honesty, but you know what? All the men that lied to you, are they in your life directly now? (If not then I guess lying didn't work out so well for them) 

There could be many reasons to lie, too many to name actually as it differs per person. I used to lie a lot as a child, but I grew out of it. If you want the sweeter things in life, and without tainting a relationship, then you must be honest. That means about everything.

 It could also boil down to how a person was raised. The golden rule in my family was honesty, and although I didn't realize it at the time, being honest gives much greater rewards than dishonesty.

All in all it sums up to how much you decide you will take. (How many lies you will accept) If you decide not to take liars anymore, then don't get vengeful, mean spirited or nasty, just walk out of their life and don't look back.

Although this has been a giant tangent, I hope you can understand at least a little bit of this man's views. 

This is from a guys perspective. you know it's funny how I used to wonder the same thing. But not anymore. Have you ever noticed that guys who lies a bit are far more attractive than those who's always telling what's on their mind? Lying helps a lot to get a girl. Honesty helps keeping her but... when lying works so well, it become kinda addictive...

They probably lie to protect you even though you have told them that it hurts u when they lie.  Try making it easy to talk about things that most people don't talk about...for ex. ABORTION, PREGNANCY, SEXUAL RELATIONS, CHEATING, ALCHOHOL ABUSE.  yes, i said some of the "worst" words in the english language but they do exist and issues like that, even if they're of a diff. topic, should be treated as delicatelyh as possible.  In other words, be as understanding as possible.  If this doesn't work, then expirement with bi chicks---- besides, girls are more likely to be truthful; especially to each other. 

i know wat u mean, but tell you the truth boys can't help it they all lie, but sometimes they lie to make u feel better and they don't want u hurt and also because they want a story to be funny or more interseting

p.s there are guys who would tell u the whole truth and that guy would be the man you'll always wanted
