Most of my QA team members work offsite. So collaboration between the team members is an issue that has been affecting our work badly. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I think you badly need a test management tool that not only makes your work proceed smoothly but also addresses the collaboration issue. Zephyr 2.0 is a test management system with very good collaboration features. That can help.
You may try this management software , it might help you with what you need. It is primarily used for contract management but it might help you.
