Yeah That soldier and the ones with him need to be kicked out and definatley jail time of lots of community work. There is way to much animal cruelty out there and somebody needs to start doing something. I hope he goes to jail.

There is no excuse for this type of behavior. The Marine who threw the dog and the Marines laughing in the background deserve to be dishonorably discharged, sentenced to a minimum of 5 years in jail for animal abuse, and 1000 hours of community service working in animal shelters when they've completed their jail time. Nothing less is suitable for the crime they've committed.
