I have a solar lamp post and for some reason they ...

i have a solar lamp post and for some reason they all don't light up. i made sure all panels were clean and i purchased all new batteries and in fact they are one of the top sellers paid more but they are to be more powerful. any way with the new batteries the same lights come on and the same lights stayed off as if the old batteries were in. any suggestions. thanks
