Are there such tools that show how many people are visiting a web page at the moment?

Hi,
The answer is yes.  You can use a counter (find more at Google)  If you want information as per the past (how many entered yesterday at 14:00 [for instance]  you can use a web trend [a smart tool that is analysing all log-in's as function of time]).

In that case it's impossible.  You have to get some access to the log-in.  Without it you are "blind"....
