Looking for a software to solve language problem.

I assume that every English keyboard is the same base for many other languages . For myself Iit is the base for the other language(Hebrew) which I use with my computer. Sometimes when I forget to change between the languages I find myself typing a sentence or a couple of words which turn out in Gibberish.This is an example טקגגש-YEDDA! Anyways I was wondering if there was a software developed to solve this problem that with a click of button you can change the fonts to the other language which you use on you pc.The fonts and the keyboard is the same worldwide thats why I think it is suitable for all languages. I know that a lot of us suffer from this problem, if it wasn't developed yet I call you to do so!
