If I lost the original copy of Quickbooks software, can they issue me another one without charge?
No day in which you learn something is a complete loss.
I really don't know this piece of software but having dealt with customer service in the past, it really depends. If you have a proof of purchase and some online software vendors tend to be more flexible about this. If you are talking about a physical product than I'd say your chances are very low.
