you must download proper language version from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html

Open Firefox----> Tools Tab ----> Option ----> Content Tab ----> Languanges ("Click") Choose your preferred language for displaying pages.

Now, your firefox browser ready to use with your languange choosen. Enjoy it.
