Where is this file being downloaded from? Can you look at the URL from which DAP is downloading this file?

It might be possible that it is part of DAP. Can you try to use a different download manager such as Free Download Manager (free as in beer). If you'll use Free Download Manager (or any other download manager other than DAP) and it still happens it might be not be related to DAP but to some 3rd party software you are using such as a toolbar.

If by installing a different download manager you will not get this behavior its related to DAP, in which case I would send an Email to their support.
