I have this great idea for a new facebook app. Maybe tomorrow when I wake up I might think it's not that great :) but right now, I am really excited about it!
The question is, how do I turn my idea into reality. I am not a developer.
Where can I find developers with expertise in Facebook application development??
Look for developers experienced in REST protocols.
The search for people who can answer your question continues for as long as needed - until you find the answer you were looking for.

Of course, the more helpful your answers are, the more likely you are to be invited to future questions...

Is any developer experienced in REST protocols is also experienced in Facebook?
First, you can find facebook developers on....facebook . You can post on the developers forums there.
There is also an IRC Channel on FreeNode IRC network. Many facebook developers hang out there.
Or...you can start a discussion on your facebook application idea here on Yedda.
