My question is about Babylon 8. I CAN WRITE AN E ...

My question is about babylon 8. I can write an e-mail in english, highlight it, translate it to chinese and then send it using qq e-mail. Then receive an e-mail in chinese and then translate it into english. Is this correct? If so, i see it it $9.95 a month and has different lisence options. (LIFETIME $99.00) what is this?
