when i try to download 9.5 , when i get to the page that says pick your custom either custom install or the normal one i choose and the page always stays there it doesnt continue the download...why

Are you choosing 'normal'? Custom you must tell the pc what you want. 'Normal' it has already been done for you and should continue without any further delay. However, sometimes there is a hesitation before continuing. If that is the case you need to wait long enough for pc to be ready to continue.
