We're considering upgrading to Microsoft OneNote ...

We're considering upgrading to Microsoft OneNote Home and Student 2007 from 2003. We really like the 2003 version - It's been great for organizing projects & lists. Is there enough improvement to make it worthwhile to step up to Microsoft OneNote Home and Student 2007?

Wordpad surely hangs between Notepad and Microsoft Word. In windows 7, Microsoft has an upgraded Wordpad in several useful ways, but it is still restricted in many other ways.
