     Damaged or corrupted Windows Installer files can cause problems when trying to load software.

     If Add/Remove Programs doesn't help you then you should look to the Windows Support Tool Windows Installer CleanUp Utility for more assistance. This removes the folders, files, registry keys and entries from your PC that are put there when an application is installed using Windows Installer. The utility provides you with a simple dialog window to help you identify the problem application.
