I don't understand how to down load my contact list on address book.
Usually there are "derived" option, will address book is derived, necessary to import.

You will have to name your service provider like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc., because each mail client has its own method and naming conventions of the so called process 'Downloading Contacts'. So kindly reveal that information also.

You should be able to download an application to export your contacts from your address book. There are various types of cell phone accessories that can make your phone and computer more productive. I haven't manually exported my contact list in ages, because my computer automatically does it.
