I don't understand how to down load my contact list on address book.

You do not down load your address book. You either export it to another folder to keep or you import it to your address book. There is no such thing as downloading you address book.
I Believe you sincronise the address book with a wizard if one exists on your applicationif not then AOL have a free good sign up at thir site for address book self syncing which is same as your request just differently termed my friend also, you can get free e-mail at aol and free safety and network stuff i find it excellent even used it b4 i joined it chap- n neway let me know how u do all da best from chris age 28 - e-z
both of the previous answer are correct it's just that some has differnt options but its the same import or use a wizard
thats easy. you just click on address book, go to add contact, and then yo u enter the new contact, then last you press save and it will save the contact that you entered.
