It is really hard when you get yourself into a situation like this and then you cannot get yourself out. I think you need to sit down with them and explain that you need your home back and give them a month's notice to find somewhere else. Be firm but fair and they should respect you for it - it sounds like they are really taking advantage of you and that is not good for anyone.
