Since you've already been so helpful and tollerent for so long... tried talking and being reasonable asking them kindly to leave... it's time to make arrangements with Foster Care for the kids, then call the Cops and tell them the situation, (that you are up holding an eviction) change all your door locks, then throw all their crap into the street.  I hate to sound like such a jerk, but from what you say about Miss ghetto, she will fit in just fine on the streets. You may need to get a restraining order while you're at it.
