if you were getting marrie would you hire a professional wedding consultant and avoid all the hassels that cme with planning to make sure every thing goes perfect?

Yes, I would hire a wedding professional to do your wedding because that would be less worry on you. My nieces hired one and everything turned out beautiful and just told them what they wanted and how they want it and the wedding planner handles it. Make sure you get everything in a written contract.

I would like to come to my wedding as a guest.

Worrying about the details can cause a lot of stress, esp if time is pressing.

Brandilee7979,  No, I would not hire a consultant.  They can be pretty expensive.  Plus, part of the fun of thinking of your wedding is in the planning.  I planned my whole wedding myself.  Everything.  Hubby did go with me to book the banquet hall.  But everything else, from the Church, flowers, dresses, invites, food, wedding cake, I did it all myself.  Just start your planning early enough so you won't feel so rushed.  It will be part of your wedding memories, and you will be glad you did it.

I think it all depends on your personal choice/budget. Additionally, if you have time. A great idea is to get family and friends on board to assist you. A wedding planner is great also. However, at the end of the day its up to you and your husband to be - if you wish you can email me at darkeyprincess@hotmail.com for more advice, tips from websites etc.
