Are social workers, governed by anybody. whom to report misconduct, too

I was the Victom of Misconduct by an Unprofessional social worker, Working in Phoenix AZ. She told me I was suffering from Depression, And Gave me (prozac) that was prescribed to her by her DR. Under the effects of this drug I attempted Suicide,by taking (ativan) That was provided by her, for anxiety. I am very concerned that she may cause others to follow this path, and would like to know what steps can be taken to prevent this worker from doing more harm.

Is there a governing body that social workers answer to. that these actions can be reported to. She was let go from Magellan mental health in Phoenix. Due to her refusal to seek professional help. I'm affraid she may succede next time.

Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.

Let me see if I have this right.

The social worker says this is your problem. She then tells you that she has the same problem and that her doc gave her some medicine for this condition. She hands you a bottle of medication with her name on it and you take it.

And how was the relationship between you and the SW established?

She has a prescription drug. How does she get this without professional help?

Besides the fact that she was unprofessional in her behavior with you, is there any reason why you would take someone else's medications? Did you not think it was weird having someone who is not a licensed M.D. (medical doctor) give you a prescription medication?
