Supporters are advised not to drive to Emirates Stadium as you need a parking permit to park nearby. It's much easier to use public transport. Find out more on their website http://www.arsenal.com/emirates-stadium/get-to...-emirates-stadium

Short answer: No.

Long answer: No. All of the local roads only have parking for residents (you need a permit or you face a penalty fine or worse) and the large main roads nearby are nearly all red routes (no stopping at any time).

Far and away the best option is to travel by public transport. Please note that on match days restrictions often come into place on the London Underground, so planning a journey in advance is essential.
