i was pulled into a dui checkpoint july 20 2009, i was released without being told what if any charges i am to recieve, and the results of the blood and breath, even though the road side test did not reg all 3 times i was made to take it. I still have not been told either by mail or verbal. Is there a time frame in which the state must inform me if charges are to be against me

If there were charges against you, you would been arrested for DUI then and there.

Suit up and show up and you will realize we are not a glum lot.

Do not pretend you were not stopped. Not only will you have to deal with it in court,but just when you think you're o.k., you'll here frm D.M.V. My suggestion is call the court give them your D.L. number and see what they have on record and deal with it in in a speedy manner. Is this your first D.U.I.? You weillhave to attend D.U.I. school and will receive a fine. Please do not violate you're probation because the violation or a second D.U.I. are taken extremely seriously.
