A:A wet or over humidified cigar can be easily restored back to normal by dry boxing it. Just take any old cigar box (make sure that it was not from a flavored cigar) and place the cigar in the box, without the cellophane, for a few days. The cigar should be back to normal. Make sure that you do not dry it out too quickly as quick and extreme changes in humidity will shock the cigar and burst the wrapper.
