Hello, What you describe is a boil. I get them too. I get them during the hot months more than the winter. They are hard like large pimples and painful. If you try to squeeze them they can bust and drain, but I dont recommend it because it will make them hurt more. See a doctor and he will give you some cream and antibiotics. But.....Be prepared to get them again. Sometimes they bust on their own. I get them between my buttocks. I let them drain naturally and when they become uncomfortable, I place cotton between my buttocks to cushion it while I drive. I hope this helps..........Bye

Do you shave? Sometimes you knick yourself with the razor and dont know it, and the razors carry staff(from us, they dont come that way). The bacteria from the razor gets into the knick and causes an infection. They are more likely cysts than boils and they are tender. Try a hot bath, sitz bath, or hot packs down there to help get them to break. I had the same thing happen to me. I did see my obgyn and she was going to lance them but I had broke them days prior so they were pretty empty. Also dont be alarmed if the discharge from them have an aweful odor, its normal and comes from the bacteria that caused the infection. I swear by tea tree oil for everything, and you can treat them with that. Use a q-tip and spot treat. Good luck and be careful with the razor!!

It may be genital warts aka HPV or a skin tag

I don't believe it is anything dangerous, but I would recommend that you schedule an appt. with your gynocologist asap. It could br either herpes or a wart. Perhaps it's a mole. Either way, it needs to be looked at. Does it itch or sting?
