I have a small bump near the outside of my vagina ...

I have a small bump near the outside of my vagina and near my anus, inbetween the two. When I touch it, it is quite sore. I can almost pinch it up between my fingers, and it feels like a perfectly round ball.

When I looked it up on Web MD, it said it could be a boil, but it also said that if it is near your anus to call a doctor... Is this dangerous, whatever it is? I am so worried :(

It could be hemorrhoids.They are treatable but you probably should go see a
proctologist. Make sure you have regular BM, and that you're not pushing too hard (you might consider stool softeners for a short time, and don't forget fiber and lots of liquids).

We have the same Question, and it is almost in the middle of my Wife's Anus and Vagina, Adding the fact that she is Pregnant and We worry about losing our first child, As I'am sure many other's are, We have assured that it is not just a pregnancy Hemorrhoid,as it has gone away for now we fear it's return and problems, any Idea's yet on what it could be???? :/ ?

Could be an Std I guess like

Genital Warts or maybe Herpes or it could be something relatively harmless. Your best bet is to go and see a doctor and have this looked at professionally.

When not working I daydream about my next amazing european vacation trip My favorite European cities include Paris and Barcelona and my next blog project will be to write about the best way to spend a night in Paris and how to find an apartment in Barcelona. I just love European travel in all its forms.

It sounds to me like it's a boil. If you get to the doctor early enough you can get a prescription for antibiotics, but if you wait too long you will have to get it lanced, which is EXTREMELY painful. So don't wait, definitely go see a doctor ASAP.

yes, it is something to be concerned about but not to get worried as there are some really effective home remedies for hemroids, but if it is just the initial stage. go for the symptoms of hemroids, if you notice them in you then yes, you are having it.

and if it is getting out of control, then it would be better for you to visit your physician.

could be a bartholin cyst

The Bartholin glands are located at the entrance to a woman's vagina, one on each side. They are small and cannot be seen or felt when they are normal. Their function is to secrete fluid onto the mucosal (inner) surface of the labia—the liplike skin surrounding the vagina.

Problems with the Bartholin glands include cysts, which are relatively painless enlargements of the gland, and abscesses, which are infections of the gland. Typically only 1 of the 2 glands is affected.
