According to your BMI calculation you are at the very lowest point of what is considered a healthy weight. You could probably stand to gain a few lbs. Have you been to the doctor recently? What did they say? You might just be a small boned, but with a change of diet and exercise you could gain those needed extra lbs. Good luck!
