Congratulations on the wedding!-- Arobic exercises ( running, bicycling, hard dancing, etc ) is what will initially cause one to loose more weight. Do these for at least 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week. But these will also make you eat more to keep up. You need a good weight loss diet that let`s you eat alot.
