If you be my bodyguard I can be your long lost friend

I can't sleep !

No matter what I eat , do or meet before I go t sleep I wake up very tiered , I think I tried every thing but a sleeping lac , I want to know is there any other things I can check before I spend my money on the sleeping lab.

One thing to try is to do regular exercise some times before going to bed, and only going to sleep when your really tired. The place where you sleep is for sleep and nothing else.
