Is there some site in which I can teach me how to work out with a punching bag?

I have bought a punching bag and boxing gloves and I enjoy working out but I do not know any real exercises, if there are any?

I used to have one back then, what I would recommend is first of all being consistant . I did feel a certain diffrence after a while I sure got stronger.

Make sure you keep a good steady posture while practicing . You can find more info here.
