I have bought a punching bag and boxing gloves and I enjoy working out but I do not know any real exercises, if there are any?
I was introduced to the punching bag through a kickboxing class. You can find a class at most karate studios. It would be a great way to get started. It's an excellent workout- cardio as well as for muscle toning...good luck.

I used to have one back then, what I would recommend is first of all being consistant . I did feel a certain diffrence after a while I sure got stronger.
Make sure you keep a good steady posture while practicing . You can find more info here.
