Hello, I purchased a pre paid HI Prepaid SIM card in Singapore. It says it has expired on the sticker. Does this mean the number has expired or does this mean the credits have expired.? Also, if the number is still active, how can I top up my credits from Australia, and will the phone work roaming in Hong Kong, Nepal and Bali?
