He was born in NY- and by the way his "sister" Judith is not really his sister- they are first cousins and she was raised with him after her mother committed suicide and her father did not want her. She married a guy named Molinari, goes by the name Judy Molinari and has one daughter Rebecca.  This guy was the relative who took advantage of Billy to the tune of millions of dollars. Judith, now divorced, is a very severely mentally ill woman, totally supported by Billy, and she lives in NY on Long Island.  She tells very tall tales of her (actually Billy's) mother eating rat poison and abusing her. She claims to be a devout Jehovah's Witness , yet lets her daughter and daughters boy friend live in the house with her. She was made to leave the Joel family home due to her erratic and unbearable behavior. She is a very sick and unhappy person who lives off of Billy and he pays for all her bills to keep her quiet and out of the public eye.

Molinari is my cousin. His first name is Frank.  Where did you get this info of him taking money from Billy Joel.  sounds like bull
