How to shoot a WI FI signal to a neighbors house?

i want to shoot my WI FI netgear WGR614 router PC signal to a neighbor's house so he can get internet, 300 feet away with no site obstructions. no trees, buildings, etc EXCEPT that our homes are made of concrete block. What antenna do i need a bi directional or omni directional? what strength? any more tips are helpful ....thanks.

Mostly WIFI residential wireless router have 100m range capacity, beyond this range you need an amplifier to boost up the signal.
