what is shnayim makkah echad targum? I need an English translation of this Hebrew term

This refers to the custom of reviewing the weekly portion before it is read on the Sabbath. It means we should read the Hebrew text twice and the Targum Onkelos (Aramaic translation) once.
and it should be "shnaim mikra echad tagrum"
shnaim = 2 (here: twice)
mikra = text (here: the verse)
echad = 1 (here: once)
targum= translation
