I like to sunbathe nude as i don`t like any white ...

i like to sunbathe nude as i don`t like any white marks on my body, 1 live i a house devided into 4 flats, i`ve been going nude in the small shared garden area and no one has complained, but i`m unsure if they are just shy to approach the subject with me, i would like to know if what i`m doing is illegal

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

Who lives in the other apartments? If there are young children/teenagers, than yes it is illegal (exposing yourself to a minor). The truth is, whether your neighbors are young and old, you show a lack of respect by sunbathing nude in the common garden. I think you're better off going to a tanning salon, like Hollywood Tans and tanning nude there.
