There is logic and a method based explanation to everything. As other friends have suggested you to visit a sexologist, it may solve the purpose, but I am highly doubtful. Sexual satisfaction and orgasm is all about you, your body, your sexual partner and your intercourse with him/her. A sexologist may give you a therapy or medicines that might cause you enforced orgasm but the feel of a natural orgasm will be not there. You have to perform an analysis of ur self. Have you ever had sex with any other partner than ur now partner? Did you experience the same problem even then? What are the pleasure and pain points that you like or dislike having sex? Do you still have a significant sex apetite?
I am sure answers to these questions can lead to a solution.
