How much sex should a 30 yr old fit cpl be having? how much is too much and how much is not enough? Help me out, I want lots of sex!!!
I'd say 3 times a day is too much, you should be talking more and touching each other less. I think that once a week is too little. Anything in between is pretty normal.
I think once or twice a day is ideal.

You should enjoy sex as often as is comfortable for the two of you!!! there is no such thing as 'too much' or 'not enough' it's all up to you and your preferences!!!!!!!! Enjoy!!!!!!!!
