I think this is a very subjective question that there really can be no true answer to, because although certain studies have noted some things to be more prevalent in men and women -- for example that men are better with spatial intelligence (hence the old story about how men can visualize the arrangement of a room and women have to move all of the furniture first to see the pattern...), this is never a strict science. Many people are good at different things, and it really all comes down to the individual. Like, for example, it would be easier to say that women with ADD or men with Pamela Andersen on the brain are worse drivers : )
