sex 3 days before ov what are pg chances?

 

i had loads of egg white cm from 4 days before ovulation and me and df had sex in the morning 3 days before ov, what are my chances of being pregnant?

You won't find a table that will tell you 30%, 35%, 40% etc..... however the chances are good.  After all it's only 3 days B4 your body is 100% ready for it.

Well, your chances any given month, when you have unprotected sex close to the time of ovulation is approximately 20%. Assuming sperm lives 72 hours, your chances could be as high as 20%.

BTW, although it is obviously possible to conceive on the day of ovulation, it is just as likely to conceive from unprotected sex that you had the day before ovulation (and possibly even longer than that).

I don't want to argue, however the figure 20% is the average chances for a healthy young couple to get pregnant per every cycle.  That means that about half the couples have more than 20% chances and some even much more (same applies for less than 20% chances).   So it's not accurate to regard the 20% as the ultimate chances.....  could be more, and could be much more.

df should abstain from sex for aleast 10 days and approx 13 days after your period have sex continously and lay in bed after sex to prevent the sperm from flowing out.  Try this and best of luck.

The truth hurts.

I am in the same boat... I had sex 2 days before ovulation and, being that the sperm can lives in your body for 72 hours, I believe we very well may be preggo.
