if i have been on birth controll for over a week (yaz- the pill) and had unprotected sex and he ejaculated inside of my vagina... how likely is it that im pregnant eventhough im on birth controll and how long should i wait to take a prgnancy test?

missmook you really should take your birthcontrol more than a week you could very well be pregnant keep taking your pill and see if you get your period at the end of the month if not do a pregnancy test to make sure... good luck

Hi There Miss Mook,

Well you should wait AT LEAST a full month before having sex with your partner on the pill...it takes time to get enough hormones to trick your body into believing it is already pregnant...

 

You should really use condoms until then... and keep using them if it is not your longterm boyfriend who has been checked for std's

So you could be pregnant and worse you could be doing harm to your baby now with the hormone pills...

The earliest you can take a pregnancy test is about 4 days before your next period...
