Looking for sewing/craft pattern

I am looking for a  sewing/craft pattern I believe is discontinued or company no longer in business - it is called "Baby's Favorite Toy" by Autumn Whims.  Does anyone know where I can purchase this pattern?  Or was this company sold to someone else?  Thank you.
